Description

  • Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces by defining problem statements, success metrics, and design direction.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to make trade-offs and deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Balance speed and quality while contributing to a cohesive product experience.
  • Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Contribute to design systems and patterns to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Support and mentor other designers to raise the quality of work across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong interaction and visual design craft with high attention to detail.
  • Experience balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make product decisions.
  • Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive work forward with minimal oversight.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide design decisions.
  • Ability to influence team-level direction and improve how the team works.
  • Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma, G Suite, and Notion.
  • Familiarity with modern tools, including AI, to accelerate workflow.
