Description

  • Lead projects identified as opportunities to demonstrate design, craft, and conceptual expertise.
  • Deliver strategy for social and content work.
  • Create creative concepts, copywriting, and design assets.
  • Support editorial, publishing, and content distribution work.
  • Produce and post-produce content across digital and motion-based projects.
  • Contribute to digital projects as the role expands in scope.
  • Support pitching and high-pressure projects that need to be executed accurately the first time.
  • Share best practice and know-how across the wider network.
  • Collaborate with on-site teams where possible to connect people and build a creative community.
  • Provide art direction and develop well-thought-out storyboards.

Requirements

  • Around 8 years of agency experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in the design, advertising, or marketing sectors.
  • Strong foundation in both digital and motion design.
  • Experience delivering both digital and motion-based design projects.
  • Good knowledge or history of work in social media is desirable.
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • InDesign experience is a plus.
  • Good understanding of responsive and modular design systems and current best practices for emails, websites, and digital display.
  • Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices.
  • High-level formal design education.
  • Experience in brand, social, and motion.
  • Fluent in English.
