Description

  • Provide support to merchant partners on marketing best practices, accounting workflows, and implementation troubleshooting.
  • Resolve technical integration issues involving ecommerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems.
  • Serve as a primary support contact for partners’ business and technical teams throughout the integration process.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Merchant Operations to deliver quick solutions and address account issues.
  • Identify and implement new operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to define and improve cross-functional workflows.
  • Share client feedback with Product and Engineering teams to improve product performance and features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in tech, eCommerce, SaaS, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in a job, internship, or volunteer role requiring written communication with stakeholders, customers, or partners.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and technical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal guidance and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
  • Must be available to work between 8am-6pm Pacific time.
  • Must be located in the Pacific time zone due to business needs.
  • Previous experience in payments or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and APIs is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $70,000-$90,000 for CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT, or $62,000-$82,000 for all other U.S. states.
