Description

  • Own product definition, development, and strategy for a core CRM ownership area.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap for your area of ownership.
  • Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback, user needs, and product analytics.
  • Develop product strategy, including business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and revenue or ROI analysis.
  • Partner with design and engineering to lead discovery, definition, design, and delivery planning.
  • Maintain the product backlog and drive sprint-by-sprint roadmap execution.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, customer success, sales, and support teams on feature development, QA, and release.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI to core CRM workflows and work with AI teams to deliver those solutions.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development.
  • Work across multiple personas and markets to adapt solutions as the product and company scale.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company; enterprise software experience is a plus.
  • Experience working end-to-end with engineering and design teams to drive business impact.
  • Experience building simple, easy-to-understand solutions for complex products.
  • Experience managing complex product modernizations or platform migrations while preserving user continuity.
  • Strong communication skills that support cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
  • Deep understanding of users and strong user empathy.
  • Track record of design thinking and ruthless prioritization.
  • Track record of solving complex user problems and driving measurable outcomes.
  • Experience thinking about how AI can improve workflows, reduce friction, or unlock new behaviors; prior AI feature ownership or collaboration with AI/ML teams is a plus.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating quickly in a data-driven environment.
  • Passion for Affinity and the problems the company is solving.

  • Base salary range of $159,600 to $231,000 USD.
