Description

  • Target and close new large enterprise clients using a consultative, value-based selling approach.
  • Expand relationships and platform usage within existing clients by promoting value-creating ideas.
  • Own C-level and VP-level client relationships as a trusted partner and advisor.
  • Articulate the company’s market positioning, differentiation, and business impact to client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in the client’s industry and business across strategic and functional areas.
  • Develop and own the long-term strategic roadmap, execution path, and benefits case for transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional client service and secure upsells.
  • Meet or exceed new ACV and customer revenue targets.
  • Respond to client requests with integrity and urgency.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities while managing a robust pipeline.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience with a recognized data and analytics enterprise software firm.
  • Experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Digital Transformations.
  • Experience with vision selling and value-/outcome-based selling.
  • Familiarity with Big Data, RPA/Process Mining, and AI/ML preferred.
  • Strong track record of success, including consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose key challenges facing clients and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build enduring strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Ability to express a bold point of view and engage or challenge stakeholders.
  • Skilled at articulating the value potential of new and transformational solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and regularly.
  • Must be based in the Chicago Metro area.
  • Background in Data Analytics, Planning, or ML/AI preferred.
  • Supply Chain experience preferred.
