Description

  • Own one or two Network API use-case families across technical depth, competitive positioning, customer value, and market timing.
  • Translate Network API capabilities into business outcomes, commercial value propositions, and ROI-focused messaging.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in areas such as fraud prevention, identity, authentication, verification, KYC, or location services.
  • Mentor Content and Enablement Specialists and transfer knowledge across the wider team.
  • Partner with the Developer Advocate to ensure public-facing developer content is technically accurate and relevant.
  • Develop industry-specific value propositions and ROI narratives for priority verticals.
  • Support selected customer conversations as an expert sales resource, focusing on customer challenges and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Developer Advocacy, and external ecosystem partners.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, specialist pre-sales, product strategy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fraud prevention, identity and authentication, number verification, KYC and identity matching, location-based services, telecom, or Network APIs.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions, and measurable ROI.
  • Experience communicating complex topics to technical and executive audiences.
  • Confidence working with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor without direct people-management responsibilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working across functions, cultures, and time zones in a global environment.
  • Credible, pragmatic subject-matter expertise with the ability to navigate ambiguity and emerging markets.
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on content, enablement, mentoring, and customer support.
