Description

  • Drive commercial growth strategy by identifying expansion opportunities across Adobe solutions.
  • Partner with product and transformation leads to run strategic workshops and align client goals with Adobe and Adswerve solutions.
  • Lead the creation of client roadmaps, business reviews, and pitch decks that connect technical progress to business outcomes.
  • Close high-stakes renewals and upsells while leading complex pricing negotiations.
  • Serve as the primary source of truth for leadership on account performance, including revenue trends, churn risks, and expansion velocity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VP- and C-level executives.
  • Map enterprise organizations to identify new budget owners and stakeholders across business units.
  • Consult on analytics and personalization solutions and identify opportunities in cloud and programmatic media.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Product, and Engineering to present a unified approach to client needs and opportunities.
  • Manage partner relationships, including Adobe, to secure beta access, advanced support, and co-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Management Consulting, or Strategic Sales within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding growth and retention targets on a personal book of business.
  • Strong understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem, including Customer Journey Analytics, RT-CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience selling or consulting on Programmatic/Media tools such as DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, or Social is a bonus.
  • Experience with data science or cloud topics such as MMM or propensity modeling is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex contracts and drive upsell and cross-sell revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn data into narratives for non-technical executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead clients through industry changes such as privacy changes, cookie deprecation, and first-party data strategies.
  • Must be able to work remotely in one of the listed U.S. states.

  • Base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
  • Semi-annual individual bonus based on performance.
