Description

  • Write and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and PostgreSQL for diagnostics, debugging, and data validation.
  • Use observability and log aggregation tools to investigate production issues and monitor system behavior.
  • Read and run application code to support deep technical debugging and root cause analysis.
  • Navigate codebases and use Git workflows such as branching and pull requests to support investigations.
  • Work with cloud environments and basic DevOps practices, including deployment pipelines and service configurations.
  • Create, manage, and prioritize production incident tickets and coordinate emergency response efforts.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate issues to engineering when needed.
  • Serve as a bridge between frontline support, product, and engineering teams to maintain transparency and resolution timelines.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Support operational excellence by helping ensure stable and high-quality partner support experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, DevOps, or infrastructure-focused role.
  • Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps pipelines, deployment processes, and service configurations.
  • Proficiency with Git and navigating large codebases.
  • Experience with Datadog or similar observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, or New Relic.
  • Ability to read and debug application code in any language.
  • Strong analytical thinking and root cause investigation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with C1-level proficiency.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the country of application; no visa sponsorship is available.
