Description

  • Define the web development roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain Webflow sites with high attention to design accuracy and quality.
  • Lead complex website migrations, including platform migrations, domain transfers, and content restructuring.
  • Develop automations and API-driven workflows to improve efficiency across web operations.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide feedback to a globally distributed team of developers.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and remove blockers for junior and mid-level developers.
  • Run project planning and execution across multiple concurrent web initiatives from kickoff through launch.
  • Partner with design, marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and status updates.
  • Enforce quality assurance, site performance, SEO, and accessibility standards before deployment.
  • Monitor web analytics and user experience metrics and implement technical fixes when issues arise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of web development experience, including 4+ years in a management role.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Figma, Webflow, and WordPress, supported by a portfolio of work.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Webflow and WordPress development and administration.
  • Strong experience with complex website migrations, including platform migrations and domain transfers.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience building automations using Zapier, Make, custom scripts, or API integrations.
  • Experience managing remote, globally dispersed teams across time zones.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Local to the Chicagoland area or nearby, with ability to travel for in-person workshops.
  • Extensive agency experience and the ability to manage 20+ websites are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to confidently present information to practices and work collaboratively in line with Adoreal’s teamwork, punctuality, and aesthetic excellence values.
  • Must have current and valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered.
