Description

  • Design and build automation workflows for clinical operations, including appointment scheduling, referral management, and follow-up communications.
  • Build AI-assisted tools that streamline surgeon and staff workflows, including data collection, reporting, and compliance.
  • Integrate AI and automation platforms with internal and external systems using tools such as Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, and custom scripts.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to identify repetitive pain points and deliver practical automation solutions.
  • Build and manage AI-powered automation frameworks for social media publishing, analytics tracking, and content pipeline management.
  • Automate content repurposing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters, and clinic websites.
  • Support marketing operations with AI-driven video editing, captioning, content planning, and campaign management.
  • Develop automation processes for onboarding new clinical partners from contract signing through full activation.
  • Create customized implementation programs, welcome materials, and clinic-specific training guidelines using AI tools.
  • Build scalable playbooks, self-serve onboarding portals, automated checklists, and training progress tracking for clinic success teams.

Requirements

  • Hands-on expertise with AI tools like Claude, including Projects, Agents, API, and MCP, or comparable LLM platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in automation, systems operations, or process design roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of self-initiated projects or automations built independently to solve identified problems.
  • Technical proficiency with automation platforms such as Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, and Airtable, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create lightweight custom tools using JavaScript, Python, or low-code platforms.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent English required at C1 level, with native or fluent English communication skills.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage company with comfort in ambiguity and minimal oversight.
  • Current and valid authorization to work in the country of application; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Experience in automation for healthcare, clinical operations, or marketing workflows is preferred.
