Description

  • Create high-performance organic content with a video-first approach for streetwear and culture-driven brands.
  • Edit and repurpose studio footage, UGC, and brand assets into platform-native Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
  • Develop multiple content angles from the same source material.
  • Use hooks, pacing, sequencing, text overlays, music, sound design, and storytelling to improve retention and payoffs.
  • Apply attention and virality frameworks to stop the scroll and hold audience attention.
  • Identify trends early and adapt them to fit the brand and product instead of copying formats.
  • Create content that connects products to lifestyle, identity, culture, and experience.
  • Plan, publish, and maintain a consistent cadence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Produce secondary static, carousel, and text-led content that supports the video strategy.
  • Contribute to creator research, collaborator selection, and feedback on what content is winning.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience editing short-form video for a brand.
  • Strong preference for experience in streetwear, culture, music, skate, lifestyle, or fashion.
  • Deep understanding of streetwear culture, not just its aesthetic.
  • Strong instinct for organic performance on TikTok and Reels, including hook strength, retention drops, and payout effectiveness.
  • Confident editing in CapCut, CapCut Pro, Premiere, or equivalent software.
  • Fluent with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and Instagram native publishing and analytics tools.
  • Excellent copywriting for short captions and text overlays.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with clear communication over email, Slack, and conference calls.
  • Must be based in a time zone that overlaps with CET office hours (10:00–18:00).

  • Bonus: you film your own content.
  • Bonus: you can create AI-generated visuals or AI-driven content.
  • Bonus: you naturally spot trends early.
  • Must provide a portfolio with links to 2–3 Instagram or TikTok accounts you personally ran and 3–5 short-form video examples you personally edited or clipped.
  • Accounts built purely from reposting or stock brand templates will not be considered.
