Description

  • Accurately enter and update patient and medical data into internal systems.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and health records databases.
  • Cross-check source documents to ensure data integrity.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies with internal teams.
  • Generate and submit data reports as required by management.
  • Handle all patient information with strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and accuracy benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Experience working with patient and medical data entry or related administrative records work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to review, verify, and maintain records for completeness and consistency.
  • Ability to organize digital files and database records efficiently.
  • Understanding of data integrity checks and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Ability to meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Availability for full-time or part-time work in a remote or on-site setting.
