Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial guidance sessions with employees at partner companies.
  • Provide education on personal finance topics such as stock options, real estate, estate planning, retirement, budgeting, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development, programming, and product initiatives.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion.
  • Help guide and shape the company’s strategy for delivering financial wellness services.
  • Support the delivery of best-in-class customer experience for employees using the platform.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada.
  • One or more active professional designations, such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), PFA™ (Professional Financial Advisor), or ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant).
  • Must be registered with the CSA (Canadian Securities Administrators).
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for financial planning and providing a great customer experience.
  • Ability to work part-time as an անկախ contractor.
  • Flexible to work alongside your own business or other commitments (preferred).
