Description

  • Own a product area end to end, including vision, outcomes, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and shipping.
  • Prototype, test, and deliver new data products and algorithms with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive discovery with customers, product marketing, and data teams to identify unmet needs and translate them into software.
  • Integrate AI into both internal workflows and product capabilities, including LLMs and automation where they add value.
  • Collaborate with data, machine learning, and analytics engineers to operationalize and harden data products and tooling.
  • Communicate roadmap, goals, and outcomes clearly in meetings and writing.
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and measurable business outcomes.
  • Own key metrics and use them to measure and improve product performance.
  • Champion high standards of integrity, curiosity, and ambition across the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in vertical B2B.
  • 1+ years leading and building AI solutions.
  • Experience building complex data products as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Practical hands-on technical experience, including digging into data, building code with AI tools, and tracking metrics.
  • Strong understanding of product fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, metrics, user feedback loops, and go-to-market alignment.
  • Adept at using AI tools in daily work and delivering AI-powered features.
  • Realistic understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
  • Ability to make smart tradeoffs in ambiguous environments with technical constraints, business priorities, and competing viewpoints.
  • Strong attention to detail, clear concise writing, and data-driven communication.
  • Curiosity, customer empathy, and a bias toward action.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions.
  • Eligible work permit in the USA is required.
  • Experience building healthcare-specific data products, preferred.
  • Prior product management experience in vertical growth-stage AI solutions, preferred.
  • Experience with LLM integration, data-driven solutions, or complex user roles/personas, preferred.
  • Ability to build prototypes with tools like Claude Code, preferred.
  • Demonstrated mentorship or leadership in previous PM roles, preferred.
