Description

  • Own strategic AI build partnerships end to end, from discovery and opportunity framing through workshop facilitation, delivery, validation, and handoff.
  • Lead executive conversations that position AcuityMD as a strategic AI platform for Medtech.
  • Design and facilitate leadership workshops to identify high-value workflows and prioritize use cases.
  • Recommend the right engagement model for each use case, including enrichment, callable tools, bespoke skills, and insight-to-action workflows.
  • Define the business case, ROI assumptions, success metrics, and validation approach for each solution.
  • Translate customer pain points, workflows, and technical requirements into scoped AI solutions and delivery plans.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to scope and lead Forward Deployed sprints and drive delivery quality.
  • Validate that solutions achieve intended outcomes and can scale across the customer organization.
  • Partner with Program Managers and customer AI leadership teams on platform-level roadmap conversations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and Value Engineering to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
  • Shape the company's external product-market narrative on AI in medtech through customer insights and thought leadership.
  • Mentor early-career Medtech Architects and strengthen the Forward Deployed playbook.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience across medtech, healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, AI services, or adjacent fields.
  • Direct medtech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of leading strategic customer engagements and delivering complex technical solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Experience delivering AI products, AI-enabled services, or custom AI solutions for customers.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA, MS, or clinical degree is a nice to have.
  • Prior Forward Deployed experience at a peer AI, data, or enterprise software platform company is a nice to have.
  • Published thought leadership at the intersection of medtech and AI is a nice to have.
  • Eligible work permit in the USA is required.
