Description

  • Lead the Adoption and Value Realization team as the founding manager and guide its technical direction.
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define, instrument, and improve engagement funnels and feedback loops.
  • Build systems for intelligent notifications, user insights, and manager enablement across the platform.
  • Lead experimentation and iteration cycles, including A/B testing, behavioral analysis, and activation flows, to improve engagement and sales outcomes.
  • Deliver product experiences that measurably increase user engagement and customer value realization.
  • Mentor, coach, and grow engineers while contributing to the team’s overall operating capability.
  • Drive engineering culture around ownership, autonomy, learning, and technical excellence.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver the best customer solution regardless of internal ownership boundaries.
  • Take a leadership role in hiring and onboarding within the engineering organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer.
  • 3+ years of experience as a deeply technical engineering manager.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects.
  • Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Experience working on growth, adoption, activation, or engagement-focused product teams.
  • Comfort operating in metrics-driven environments with clear ownership over behavioral and usage outcomes.
  • Strong product instincts and ability to turn ambiguous engagement and value measurement problems into concrete engineering strategy.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
  • Preferred experience in systems or workflows that support user engagement, notifications, or activation improvement.

  • Base salary range of $220,000 to $265,000, plus equity and competitive cash compensation.
