Description

  • Generate new customer opportunities through effective prospecting and outbound sales activities.
  • Manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through qualification, forecasting, and closing.
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Research, identify, qualify, and drive opportunities within the emerging firm legal market.
  • Build rapport with prospects and adapt communication style to customer needs.
  • Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a sales team.
  • Help expand Actionstep’s customer base across underserved smaller law firms in the U.S.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in Legal Tech.
  • Knowledge of legal accounting practices and technology platforms.
  • Proven experience presenting and leading product demonstrations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, listen well, and adapt approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to research, identify, qualify, drive, and close sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing as a team player.
