Description

  • Partner with Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders to evaluate current workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI enablement.
  • Analyze repeatable manual tasks and recommend AI-assisted improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
  • Design, test, and refine prompts, templates, and lightweight automations for common customer success workflows.
  • Create support for customer summaries, follow-up communications, account preparation, and internal handoffs using AI tools.
  • Document and operationalize best practices for AI usage, including prompt structure and workflow guidance.
  • Help enable teams to adopt AI more effectively through practical tools and recommendations.
  • Lead a capstone project focused on AI Productivity & Scale for CX/CS.
  • Present final recommendations, prototypes, prompts, and reusable assets at the Internship Showcase.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Strong interest in AI productivity, workflow design, and using technology to improve team operations (preferred).
  • Ability to identify patterns, simplify workflows, and translate ideas into practical solutions (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred).
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and/or Claude Code for writing, research, analysis, prototyping, or workflow improvement (preferred).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and how to structure prompts for clarity and consistency (preferred).
