Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for medication-related inquiries, including dose, strength, and administration instructions.
  • Triage and assess medication questions to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely responses.
  • Coordinate with prescribing provider groups and pharmacy partners to verify prescriptions and confirm appropriate dosing.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between prescribed instructions and patient understanding.
  • Escalate complex medication or safety concerns to licensed clinicians when appropriate.
  • Partner with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to improve the patient experience.
  • Monitor recurring issues and share feedback with leadership to strengthen workflows and patient education materials.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in pharmacy, clinical care, or a related medical field.
  • Medical training required, such as Pharmacy Technician, RN, or a similar background.
  • Comfort discussing medication dosing and administration details with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and identify patterns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to balance empathy and operational precision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to take on both small tasks and complex challenges.
  • Role starts as a 1099 contractor and transitions to W-2 employment after 6 months.
