Description

  • Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant onsite operations across the assigned region.
  • Manage a team of local O&M field service technicians and coordinate daily work planning.
  • Work with the Remote Operations Center and Engineering Teams to dispatch technicians and support real-time repairs.
  • Conduct occasional field site visits to assist with routine maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Oversee subcontractors performing work at solar facilities.
  • Maintain service reports, inspection records, safety paperwork, and spare parts inventory.
  • Schedule routine maintenance and corrective repairs.
  • Manage company property and inventory, including vehicles, tools, PPE, safety equipment, and spare parts.
  • Complete and audit daily work orders for the region.
  • Provide maintenance and troubleshooting training to technicians and other team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in PV maintenance, substation operations, or electrical installation and repair experience preferred.
  • Experience operating under OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 70B.
  • OSHA 30 General Industry certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering preferred.
  • Experience with electrical engineering, electrical networks, electrical safety testing, maintenance coordination, and electrical diagnostics and repairs.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including building effective teams, planning and aligning work, optimizing work processes, and developing talent.
  • Ability to work remotely with up to 10% travel.
