Description

  • Build autonomous AI agents and multi-step LLM workflows that automate complex tasks.
  • Develop greenfield product features with no legacy code constraints.
  • Own features end-to-end from product conversations through production release.
  • Collaborate with product on conversation design and feature specifications.
  • Build in Next.js (App Router), tRPC, TypeScript, and related frontend stack components.
  • Ship dashboards, workflow automation, and client management tools used by thousands of teams.
  • Develop LLM-powered onboarding and personalization pipelines.
  • Iterate quickly on prototypes and production work based on user feedback.
  • Work closely with technical leadership to solve architecture and implementation problems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years shipping production React/Next.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience owning full-stack features from idea to deploy.
  • Comfort with Postgres and serverless infrastructure such as Vercel or Cloudflare.
  • Experience building something real with LLMs, not just experimenting with ChatGPT.
  • AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or OpenCode are already part of your workflow (strong signal).
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, or LLM-powered features (strong signal).
  • Understanding of embeddings, vector search, or agent architecture at a technical level (strong signal).
  • Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Experience with the listed stack: Next.js, tRPC, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Postgres, Vercel, and Vercel AI SDK.
