Description

  • Participate in software quality assurance and testing activities as part of the QA team.
  • Learn and apply manual testing, automation testing, API testing, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Complete real-world project simulations and mock interviews during the training program.
  • Support evaluation and training requirements as part of the hiring process.
  • Develop foundational skills in software testing and industry best practices.
  • Prepare for client requirements through structured training and assessment.
  • Work remotely while gaining hands-on experience in QA processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
  • Open to beginners and candidates transitioning from other careers.
  • No prior experience necessary; training is provided.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with common computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates must successfully complete the paid training and evaluation period.
  • Willingness to complete training as part of the hiring process.
