Description

  • Serve as the main linguistic point of contact for clients, handling quality issues, updates, feedback, and QBR discussions.
  • Define, implement, and centralize linguistic quality processes and standards across accounts.
  • Monitor quality performance, analyze account trends, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and Language Leads to maintain style guides, glossaries, and reference materials.
  • Perform source text analysis in line with ISO17100 requirements and assess project readiness.
  • Design and manage linguistic workflows, including query resolution, QA frameworks, information flows, and escalation paths.
  • Partner with Talent Finders to support resource strategy and select appropriate linguists and suppliers.
  • Train, guide, and support Language Leads on roles, expectations, and best practices.
  • Act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve linguistic issues and manage communication.
  • Oversee QA checks and manage terminology assets across offline and WordsOnline environments.
  • Support onboarding and account transitions, including migration from offline to WordsOnline while maintaining continuity and quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in linguistic quality or language services operations within the localization industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on expertise in linguistic QA, terminology management, and multilingual workflows.
  • Experience working with global teams, multiple stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with internal teams and external clients.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and handle pressure with resilience.
  • Experience with enterprise clients or strategic accounts, preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered localization platforms, preferred.
  • Experience supporting account transitions, onboarding, or process design, preferred.
  • Background in training, coaching, or mentoring linguistic teams, preferred.
