Description

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Create and maintain BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
  • Partner with Project Managers to support planning, scope definition, delivery, intake, estimation, and prioritization.
  • Assist with testing, UAT coordination, and validation of outcomes.
  • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Define future-state processes aligned with system capabilities and regulatory needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams and communicate requirements clearly.
  • Support change management by documenting workflow and role impacts.
  • Partner with business owners on training, communication, and readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting clinical systems, EHR platforms, or healthcare technology implementations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience working within a PMO or structured governance environment (preferred).
  • CBAP, CCBA, or a similar Business Analyst certification (preferred).
  • Must be US-based and able to work remotely in the US without restrictions.

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 commensurate with experience.
  • Remote home-office position.
