Description

  • Translate AI transformation vision into shippable requirements for AI product managers and engineers and drive execution across functions.
  • Build and maintain the enterprise capability map showing ownership, current-state processes, and where AI fits.
  • Run the intake, prioritization, and operating cadence for transformation initiatives across the business.
  • Define solution paths that determine what humans, AI, and systems do for each prioritized transformation.
  • Own the measurement layer for transformation, including ROI analysis, business value assessment, metric trees, instrumentation, and executive reporting.
  • Drive role redesign, change management, and adoption with People COEs and functional leaders.
  • Lead company-wide AI initiatives end-to-end, from problem framing through rollout, across three or more functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in investment banking or top-tier management consulting, with experience moving fast on ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
  • Demonstrated first-principles thinking and ability to reframe vague briefs into defensible recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including building metric trees, pulling and structuring data, modeling scenarios, and presenting findings independently.
  • Hands-on AI fluency and daily use of frontier AI tools for real work, with experience redesigning at least one process around AI.
  • Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives without formal authority over participants.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including writing one-pagers, building decks, and presenting to leadership.
  • Bias for action and high tolerance for ambiguity, with comfort moving from whiteboard to shipped change quickly.
  • Technical degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics, or another quantitative field is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to a fast-growing technology company, ideally in security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, is preferred.
  • Experience with transformation, change management, or strategy office operating mechanics, including governance, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting, is preferred.
  • MBA is neither required nor weighted positively or negatively.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $149,200 to $214,500 USD.
