Description

  • Sell Abnormal AI security solutions to a defined Mexico territory with the goal of exceeding new ARR quota.
  • Manage full sales cycle for enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial conversations through contract signing and post-sale expansion.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities using AE prospecting, SDRs, marketing, channel partners, and customer referrals to build sufficient pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to secure timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity data across sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
  • Tailor demos and messaging to stakeholder business challenges and present effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build business cases that quantify ROI for multiple stakeholder groups to support purchase decisions.
  • Extract, organize, and document customer insights and deal lessons to enable broader team learning.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and prioritize work to close revenue.

Requirements

  • Local to Mexico (must be based in Mexico).
  • 3+ years of direct (not overlay) enterprise account hunting experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations, including prospecting, new logo acquisition, and account expansion.
  • Proven consistent over-quota performance and/or top 5% of a sales organization.
  • Experience selling cyber-security subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security teams.
  • Skilled at negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales.
  • Comfortable and successful in early-stage or startup environments, including building territory via channel and tech partners.
  • Technically conversant in security, email, cloud, and AI concepts.
  • Experience managing and selling into enterprise accounts with >3k mailboxes and generating sufficient pipeline to hit targets.
  • Experience using and maintaining disciplined data hygiene in sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
