Description

  • Own a live portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage before the hearing date.
  • Work phones, texts, and email daily to engage attorneys and close coverage commitments.
  • Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and meeting business targets.
  • Prioritize and triage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings and coverage needs.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first approach.
  • Onboard new attorneys and answer questions so they understand how Docketly works.
  • Keep law-firm clients updated on hearing status and resolve surprises before they escalate.
  • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline records and data.
  • Identify recurring coverage issues and share ideas in daily huddles and team meetings.
  • Set up next-day coverage and hand off any unresolved items at the end of the day.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
  • Experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many open items at once.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call center/outbound environment (preferred).
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools, Mac OS, and Google Workspace (preferred).
