Description

  • Grow and expand a portfolio of existing health insurance customers by aligning their priorities to high-impact solutions across the product suite.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, including outreach, executive presentations, RFIs, workshops, RFPs, negotiations, and deal signing.
  • Consistently deliver against a seven-figure quota across strategic payer accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Delivery, and Finance to build proposals and support expansion and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders and translate business needs into tailored solutions.
  • Use a consultative, problem-solving approach to build momentum from first conversation through signed growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience with a strong track record in account growth or expansion within existing enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of experience working with or for healthcare payers.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and modern data platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience in senior roles, including the ability to communicate with and influence C-level executives.
  • Executive presence, strong discovery skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Experience selling into both technology and payer environments, preferred.
  • Consulting experience in the healthcare vertical, preferred.
