Description

  • Manage customer security communications, including inquiries, incident notifications, and other security-related requests.
  • Lead customer security assessments and ensure responses are timely, accurate, and professional.
  • Support the sales cycle by addressing customer security questions and concerns.
  • Communicate emerging customer security concerns and help influence the product security roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Product, and other teams to align on customer assurance efforts and content accuracy.
  • Build and manage a scalable customer audit program, including evidence collection, coordination, and reporting.
  • Own and maintain the SafeBase Trust Center, Trust Site, and other customer-facing security assets.
  • Create and update customer-facing assurance materials such as FAQs, whitepapers, and product security summaries.
  • Champion security across the organization through presentations and cross-functional security enablement.
  • Identify and implement automation and process improvements to scale Field Security workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing security role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of security and privacy frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI concepts and governance standards such as ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
  • Experience completing customer security reviews, audits, or assessments.
  • Proficiency with trust center and security questionnaire tools such as SafeBase and Responsive.
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to drive alignment and outcomes.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Preferred experience creating customer-facing security collateral or sales enablement content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
