Description

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing IT Operations team, including cloud engineers, SaaS administrators, and subject matter experts.
Serve as the primary escalation point for IT Operations and resolve complex technical and business issues.
Develop and maintain SOPs and best practices for the global IT department.
Oversee administration, maintenance, and optimization of internal cloud platform environments.
Ensure cloud infrastructure availability, security, monitoring, logging, and cost efficiency.
Lead best-practice discussions and automate provisioning and management of cloud resources.
Administer, integrate, and optimize the company’s core SaaS and business systems portfolio.
Design and enforce an enterprise IAM strategy with automated user provisioning and de-provisioning.
Develop and maintain integration workflows between business systems using iPaaS, scripts, and automation tools.
Partner with Security, HR, Sales, Marketing, and other global teams on infrastructure, compliance, and platform ownership initiatives.

Requirements

8-10 years of progressive experience in IT Operations or Systems Engineering.
At least 4 years of direct management experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
Strong leadership and English communication skills with experience managing remote/offshore resources across time zones.
Experience managing a large portfolio of enterprise SaaS applications and enterprise-wide IAM strategies using a central IdP such as Rippling or Okta.
Ability to balance technical strategy and hands-on execution in a player-coach role.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script, or an iPaaS platform such as Workato.
Deep expertise in Mobile Device Management for corporate assets, BYOD environments, and Chrome browser management.
Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform and advanced Google Workspace administration.
Strong understanding of ITIL v4 frameworks, especially Change Management and Incident Response.
Experience with CLI tools such as gCloud, GAM, Git, Docker, and Homebrew.
Industry-recognized IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL 4, CCNA, RHCSA, CCNP, PMP, or CISM are preferred.
Experience in a technology consulting or professional services environment is preferred.
Experience governing enterprise AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, or NotebookLM is preferred.
Experience reducing manual service desk tickets through low-code/no-code automation or advanced iPaaS is preferred.
Experience supporting SOC2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA audits with automated GRC platforms such as Drata is preferred.
Experience implementing Zero Trust security practices is preferred.
Experience with lifecycle management automation and zero-touch provisioning is preferred.
Experience using Agile or Kanban methods for internal IT operations projects is preferred.
Experience managing IT work associated with mergers and acquisitions, including domain migrations and SaaS consolidation, is preferred.
