Description

  • Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Build performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code.
  • Contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery using team methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within established methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, managers, and product teams to identify user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice and project team support.
  • Drive project delivery independently from conceptualization through deployment.
  • Lead technical design discussions, evaluate proof of concepts, and recommend scalable approaches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and building enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and .NET Core.
  • Strong experience with modern Angular development, including reusable components, reactive forms, RxJS, unit testing, NgRx, and monorepo architecture.
  • Experience translating Figma or similar UX/design artifacts into scalable frontend solutions in collaboration with UX and product teams.
  • Solid backend development experience with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, including REST API design, authentication and authorization, secure coding, error handling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or MySQL, including query writing, schema understanding, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and services for compute, serverless, messaging, authentication, storage, and managed databases.
  • Experience with event-driven and distributed system patterns, including asynchronous processing, resiliency, observability, and production debugging.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency with GitHub, including branching strategies, pull request reviews, release workflows, and coding standards.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices.
  • Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, EventBridge, Cognito, RDS, or CloudWatch is desired.
  • Experience with end-to-end testing, integration testing, and QA automation support is desired.
  • Python experience is a plus.
