Description

  • Communicate project status, recommendations, and progress clearly with client stakeholders.
  • Develop efficient, performant, scalable, secure, and testable client code.
  • Plan and estimate work accurately using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within established methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and QA to understand user pain points and ship solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice or project teams and help grow technical capabilities.
  • Drive project delivery independently from concept through deployment within the defined architecture.
  • Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Angular, including unit testing, UX design, Figma, monorepo, and ngRx state management.
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET Core.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, and Step Functions.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, branching strategies, code review, coding standards, and code deployment.
  • Experience evaluating and making recommendations based on complex proof of concepts.
  • Ability to lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, QA, and Design.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and promoting code quality.
  • Preferred experience with Python and Salesforce integration with .NET/Python.
