Description

  • Work with Product Managers and clients to define high-priority roadmap features and align releases with product vision and organizational goals.
  • Write, document, and prioritize user stories, requirements, epics, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • Own the backlog and maintain clear prioritization through backlog refinement with on-site and distributed teams.
  • Partner with engineering, client services, and other stakeholders to ensure the team understands the what and why behind each feature.
  • Assist in sprint and deployment planning and support Agile delivery execution across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Collaborate with design research to lead user interviews, usability tests, A/B tests, and share findings with the team.
  • Report on initiative health, risks, and issue triage, and maintain regular communication with stakeholders.
  • Work with internal functions such as accessibility, legal, information security, marketing, and risk management to capture requirements and priorities.
  • Support production issues and post-release product support as needed.
  • Help identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities to improve team performance and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
  • 5+ years of experience working with technical teams, SMEs, and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of detailed information.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully in English with team members, project management, and executive-level clients.
  • Ability to complete complex tasks on short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis, modeling, and documentation techniques such as business process modeling, use cases/user stories, data flow diagrams, data interrogation, and data mapping.
  • Proven experience with multiple project delivery methodologies.
  • Prior experience building and executing test plans and test cases for complex data transformation and movement between sources and destinations.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • SQL skills are preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWS and the project technology stack is preferred.
