Description

  • Facilitate communication with client stakeholders about project status, requirement clarity, and delivery recommendations.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business requirements from product owners and stakeholders.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications in Jira and Confluence.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder review sessions with engineering and QA.
  • Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify process improvements on the platform.
  • Support UAT planning, test script preparation, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Produce documentation such as BRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, and use case diagrams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product or professional services environment.
  • Experience eliciting and documenting requirements from business and technical stakeholders in a software product environment.
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process documentation to a high standard.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing backlog priorities in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience supporting UAT planning and execution as a liaison between business and QA teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack or Teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in clinical trials, healthcare IT, or regulated software environments such as GxP or 21 CFR Part 11 is preferred.
  • CBAP or an equivalent business analysis certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with API concepts and the ability to review technical specifications is preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-vendor delivery model is preferred.
  • English proficiency is required.
