Description

  • Collaborate with clients to build and design digital strategy and lead teams in executing against it.
  • Act as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
  • Work with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead short-term release planning by prioritizing content and timelines.
  • Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and target customer segments.
  • Make prioritization trade-offs aligned to product goals.
  • Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
  • Measure and improve business and customer value, define KPIs, monitor progress, and report milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management role.
  • 4+ years of consulting experience.
  • Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, and a variety of clients.
  • Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with global teams is required.
  • High cultural awareness.
  • Strong user research experience, including championing user needs and facilitating workshops.
  • Highly empathetic and collaborative, with the ability to drive decisions across senior stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products.
