Description

  • Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
  • Craft client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation using established methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within the current methodology and quality standards across diverse engagements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user pain points and iterate on solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor others through Communities of Practice or project teams and support technical growth.
  • Drive project delivery independently within defined architecture from concept through deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend .NET and Python development.
  • 5+ years of experience with ReactJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • 5+ years of experience with databases, including MySQL and SQL queries, indexing, and joins.
  • 5+ years of experience with testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, Mockito, and JUnit Jupiter.
  • 5+ years of experience with API and data exchange technologies, including microservices, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
  • 5+ years of experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, or Microsoft identity/Azure Active Directory.
  • 5+ years of experience with Git and Agile/Scrum collaboration.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience applying object-oriented programming principles and SOLID principles.
  • Experience building well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Good understanding of English.
  • Preferred: basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, OpenAPI, API gateways, monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus, database backup tools, and MDC logging/log aggregators such as Graylog or VictoriaMetrics.
  • Preferred: experience with Azure cloud services and authentication/authorization protocols such as LDAP.
