Description

  • Communicate project status, recommendations, and progress effectively with client stakeholders.
  • Develop client code that is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Execute complex work within the team’s methodology and quality standards across diverse engagements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and improve solutions.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor other engineers through Communities of Practice and project-based support.
  • Drive project delivery independently within the defined architecture from concept through deployment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with backend .NET.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python.
  • 5+ years of experience with frontend ReactJS.
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • 5+ years of experience with MySQL and SQL, including queries, indexing, and joins.
  • 5+ years of experience with testing tools and frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and JUnit Jupiter.
  • 5+ years of experience with APIs, data exchange, microservices, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
  • 5+ years of experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, or Microsoft Identity/Azure Active Directory.
  • 5+ years of experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience applying object-oriented programming principles and SOLID principles.
  • Experience building well-tested, scalable, performant enterprise-level systems.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, including deployment, scripting, and basic system operations.
  • Preferred experience with Azure cloud services, OpenAPI specifications, Grafana, Prometheus, database backup tools, API gateways, LDAP, OAuth, MDC logging, and log aggregators such as Graylog or VictoriaMetrics.
