Description

  • Own practice area financial performance, including utilization, margin, and investments.
  • Oversee key client success efforts through team leadership and executive sponsorship.
  • Coach delivery teams and provide written feedback to managers.
  • Partner with People Excellence to manage team capacity and capability.
  • Ensure the team has clear learning guidelines and resources for practice-area capabilities.
  • Review and approve DRR and SRR with support from principal architects.
  • Support project staffing to optimize client experience.
  • Drive technical excellence and support architecture and technical reviews on projects.
  • Resolve technical escalations quickly and feed lessons learned back into delivery and feedback processes.
  • Partner with the Solution Architecture team to create service delivery frameworks and align strategy with solution positioning.
  • Develop and manage practice technology strategy, client journey, and delivery patterns.
  • Lead quarterly briefings on roadmap, lessons learned, delivery recommendations, and thought leadership topics.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience within a consultancy.
  • Expertise in modern data engineering, preferably Azure, including data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architecture.
  • Broad experience across data and analytics delivery areas such as governance, architecture, integration, classification, analysis, visualization, quality, security, privacy, MDM, standards, regulatory compliance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience managing data practitioners, including defining team processes, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • High level of organization with the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship.
