Description

  • Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices and guide continuous improvement.
  • Identify, remove, and escalate impediments or blockers that hinder team progress.
  • Shield the team from external distractions so they can focus on delivering high-quality work each sprint.
  • Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across departments.
  • Facilitate discussions, gather relevant information, and help the team make decisions aligned with project goals.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog.
  • Monitor and track progress toward sprint goals and provide transparency for stakeholders.
  • Encourage self-organization and collective ownership within the team.
  • Seek feedback from team members and stakeholders and implement improvements to enhance team performance.

Requirements

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a professional services environment, preferably with a track record of successfully leading Agile teams.
  • Thorough understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Exceptional conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team toward common goals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Servant leadership mindset focused on supporting team success.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Agile and Scrum.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Remote in the Philippines.
