Description

  • Own pipeline creation through paid channels for the North American market.
  • Create and manage ads for search and paid social channels.
  • Define, monitor, and optimize channel budgets across core paid media programs.
  • Run marketing experiments to improve conversion efficiency across the funnel.
  • Partner with BDRs to gather qualitative feedback and improve lead follow-up.
  • Take ownership of SEM and PPC performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and E-learning Industry.
  • Manage paid social performance across LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Collaborate with content, events, and product marketing to build larger cross-functional campaigns.
  • Work with Sales to follow up on business opportunities and improve paid lead conversion.
  • Translate experiment learnings into strategic insights for the North American marketing roadmap.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of first-hand online campaign management experience.
  • Strong expertise in SEM, especially Google Ads, and paid social, especially LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Excellent attention to detail when launching and managing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and methodical experimentation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects independently.
  • Comfort working in a hypergrowth, fast-changing environment and handling uncertainty.
  • Clear and structured written communication skills.
  • Command of marketing automation tools such as Marketo is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
