Description

  • Build and maintain features for 360Learning’s native mobile applications.
  • Work on a modern mobile stack including Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, and related tooling.
  • Analyze, model, and contribute to a complex codebase with a strong focus on code quality.
  • Write and maintain automated tests for pull requests.
  • Participate in decentralized code peer reviews and apply team best practices.
  • Develop broader functionalities and cross-functional internal tools that improve team speed and quality.
  • Document, refactor, and analyze features to maintain transparency and high quality.
  • Collaborate with teammates through pair programming and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to architectural changes and complex features that affect multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Help onboard new engineers as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 0.5 to 2 years of experience in native Android development.
  • Interest in learning Kotlin Multiplatform in the short term and iOS development in the medium to long term.
  • Comfort with algorithms and problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them in practice.
  • Interest in working in a scale-up environment with strong performance and quality expectations.
  • Experience with or exposure to modern Android development tools and patterns is a plus.
  • Familiarity with collaborative development practices such as code reviews or pair programming is a plus.
  • Alignment with 360Learning’s culture and values is expected.
