Description

  • Lead initiatives that improve employee engagement, learning, growth, and organizational resilience.
  • Support and guide coaches to create strong career and work experiences for employees in scope.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards to improve people processes and business performance.
  • Support quarterly performance reviews and help employees define personal growth plans with their coaches.
  • Coach and support the leadership team within your scope.
  • Work closely with an HR Ops Associate to coordinate coverage, routines, and backup support.
  • Use employee and team insights to create action plans that improve performance and retention.
  • Contribute to the global employee journey and participate in global DEI efforts with ERGs.
  • Deliver high-profile global People and Culture projects over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR leadership roles in France.
  • Strong knowledge of French employment law.
  • Experience in a US-based company is a plus.
  • Experience with employee relations is preferred.
  • Strong coaching abilities and business acumen.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
  • Results-oriented approach with strong data-driven thinking.
  • Passion for diversity and transparency.
  • Fluent English (US/UK) and French at B2 level or equivalent.
  • Willingness to work remotely from anywhere in France or from the Paris office.
