Description

  • Manage accounting tasks for a fully remote, contract-based role.
  • Work with Datev ERP and related interfaces to process and monitor financial data.
  • Implement and monitor accounting and operational processes.
  • Handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Support financial reporting and compliance work aligned with German GAAP and IFRS.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure high attention to detail in daily work.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across a fully remote environment.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and work methods.
  • Operate independently while meeting role expectations in a remote setting.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Experience with Datev ERP.
  • Experience in implementation and monitoring processes.
  • Experience processing large amounts of data and interfaces to Datev.
  • Knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a 100% remote team.
  • Fluent in both English and German, spoken and written.
  • Commitment to accuracy, process improvement, and efficient remote work.
  • Background checks may be part of the recruitment process.
