Description

  • Design and own an AI-driven QA system that tests complex SaaS products end to end.
  • Build autonomous testing that explores UI, APIs, workflows, and edge cases without pre-written scripts.
  • Generate and execute tests dynamically based on product behavior and discovery.
  • Integrate QA agents directly into agentic development loops and provide real-time, actionable feedback.
  • Continuously test features as development agents build them and loop until quality thresholds are met.
  • Validate quality across the web UI, backend services, APIs, data integrity, and end-to-end user journeys.
  • Identify, reproduce, verify, and clearly explain functional defects, workflow breaks, regression issues, and reliability risks.
  • Define release-ready quality criteria and block releases when evidence shows quality is insufficient.
  • Run QA continuously and expand coverage automatically as the product evolves.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of QA experience, including both manual and automation work.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategies, and failure modes in complex SaaS systems.
  • Hands-on experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing.
  • Demonstrated use of AI in QA beyond basic test generation.
  • Experience with autonomous testing, AI-assisted exploratory testing, or intelligent test orchestration.
  • Ability to explain how AI systems decide what to test next.
  • Experience designing QA frameworks or platforms, preferred.
  • Experience integrating QA into CI/CD at a system level, preferred.
  • Performance and reliability testing experience, preferred.
  • Healthcare or regulated systems experience, preferred.
  • Prior work where QA influenced architecture decisions, preferred.
  • Availability to work remote across India with 4–8 hours of overlap with US Pacific hours.
  • Flexibility to support critical releases or audits as needed.
