Description

Engage inbound and referral-based leads and convert them into consultations or follow-up appointments.
Maintain structured communication logs in CRM systems.
Coordinate with doctors and team members for appointment scheduling and lead updates.
Follow up with potential patients to answer queries and build trust.
Explain SSO’s value proposition to patients and families in a professional manner.
Manage inbound calls from marketing and referral channels.
Meet monthly targets for consultations scheduled and surgery conversions.
Maintain daily lead conversion ratios and follow-up SLAs.
Ensure accurate lead reporting and CRM usage.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is a strong bonus.
Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or education telesales is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle patient queries with empathy, patience, and confidence.
