Description

  • Own delivery outcomes for products, domains, or major initiatives.
  • Translate product vision and strategy into executable priorities and backlogs.
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with medium-term product goals.
  • Prioritize and refine backlogs across multiple teams or initiatives based on value, risk, effort, and feedback.
  • Break down strategic goals into clear, actionable backlog items.
  • Partner with Product Managers to execute product vision and provide delivery and feasibility insights.
  • Align engineering, design, and delivery teams around shared priorities.
  • Act as the primary execution-focused product contact for stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Facilitate decision-making in complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Mentor and support Product Owners and contribute to improving product delivery maturity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
  • Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact, user-driven products in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
  • Familiarity with Web3 development tools such as Solidity, EVM-based chains, smart contract auditing, and dApp UX/UI considerations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align short-term execution with long-term vision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve dependencies effectively.
  • Knowledge of multiple blockchain networks such as Ethereum and Solana, and DeFi protocols, is a nice to have.
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in fintech or crypto is a nice to have.
  • Location preference for candidates based in Dubai, or remotely in the UK, Spain, or Germany.
