Description

  • Act as the main operational contact for suppliers, providing ongoing support and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Business Development team and cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Product, Finance) to coordinate supplier-related activities.
  • Manage day-to-day updates to supplier contracts, routes, and internal systems, including enabling or disabling services as needed.
  • Own resolution of technical and operational issues by troubleshooting and escalating to appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Monitor booking statuses and system processes to ensure SLA compliance and timely service delivery.
  • Perform manual updates to bookings, correct inventory discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance to ensure financial accuracy and reconciliations.
  • Support suppliers in maintaining accurate and appealing content (descriptions, images, rates) and keep internal SOPs and workflows updated.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and optimize availability and pricing to remain competitive.
  • Respond to internal inquiries from teams such as Customer Support via Zendesk or Slack when supplier coordination is required.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English and Vietnamese (mandatory).
  • Willingness to work in shifts and during weekends (mandatory).
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in operations, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM or support platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
