Description

  • Oversee production of features, games, and related projects, including roadmaps, resourcing, priorities, and product metrics.
  • Drive live game operations in collaboration with product, design, art, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to produce high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Communicate the vision and core experience for features and ensure alignment across the team.
  • Advocate for the player or customer perspective in planning and decision-making.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to deliver features and experiences effectively.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of game production experience across multiple mobile or web game titles, or experience running operations for a large-scale consumer application.
  • Experience managing live operations for games or a consumer-facing product.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a hands-on approach to design, production, and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams and deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Passion for games and creating engaging user experiences.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong performance drive.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time.
