Description

  • Own the technical delivery lifecycle from contract signature through production deployment and early adoption.
  • Lead and grow a team of Solutions Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • Develop career paths, performance expectations, and development plans for the delivery team.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across multiple concurrent enterprise implementations.
  • Establish best practices for onboarding, implementation, integration, and go-live readiness.
  • Act as a player-coach on complex customer deployments and architecture discussions.
  • Guide integrations involving FHIR, HL7, CCD, APIs, SFTP pipelines, and EHR platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex interoperability and data pipeline issues.
  • Work with engineering teams to deploy and operationalize Zus products.
  • Oversee technical onboarding, training programs, workshops, and documentation for customers.
  • Lead the adoption of AI tools, automation frameworks, and reusable implementation patterns across the delivery organization.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer implementation patterns into platform improvements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, systems integration, or professional services leadership, preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience leading customer-facing teams and scaling implementation or professional services functions.
  • Deep expertise in healthcare data interoperability, including FHIR, HL7, CCD, and EHR integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data ingestion pipelines (ETL, JSON, CSV), and modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
  • Experience designing scalable implementation frameworks and reusable integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with secure environments and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
  • Executive presence and the ability to build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and willingness to dive into complex technical or delivery challenges.
  • Self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% for customer engagements, industry events, and company meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
