Description

  • Collaborate with retailer marketing teams to drive growth through displays, social training, and business development outreach.
  • Ensure all point-of-sale assets receive marketing approval before launch.
  • Support distributors with tools and brand plan alignment for effective execution.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed online toy listings and audit retailer e-commerce presence.
  • Negotiate catalogue, window, online, and in-store media placements.
  • Customize marketing assets for retailers in collaboration with sales and the China team.
  • Work with license partners to strengthen brand impact in a cost-effective way.
  • Review campaign performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to retailers.
  • Conduct store visits when needed and support showroom and trade show setups.
  • Manage the local marketing budget and support ad hoc local marketing and wider business projects.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing, ideally in retail, toy, fashion, consumer products, or another fast-paced industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, pop culture, and the DACH retail landscape.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing techniques, including social media, digital, and influencer marketing.
  • Experience in project management, trade marketing, retail marketing, local marketing, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create actionable plans and present insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and G Suite; Figma experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English and German are required.
  • Willingness to work across time zones and travel as required.
